The 2020 holiday season will be here before we know it. This is usually the busiest shopping time of the year, and we’re prepared to meet all of your personalized print fulfillment needs. We are planning our workforce and supply chain in all locations to ensure we can fulfill the large volumes that typically come with the peak season. Here are the steps we’re taking at JONDO to meet the heightened print on demand volumes expected in Q4, while following public health guidelines to keep our employees safe.
Increased Staffing and Materials
In the US, we will be adding hundreds of additional employees to help with everything from printing to packaging. In the US, we’ve added capacity and enhanced our state of the art technology to handle the seasonal uptick in orders. In Dallas, we’ve increased our output of textiles through a new production line focused solely on custom pillows and blankets. From now through the holidays, we are adding to our reserves so that we are well stocked in materials. You can have confidence your 2020 holiday orders will be completed without delay.
Partnering with Our Customers
Cultivating relationships with our customers helps us anticipate their needs as we work with them to grow their businesses, to more accurately predict Q4 demand. This allows us to achieve synergy with our customers between supply and demand. We will also add additional support staff to provide the best customer service possible.
Unique & Scalable Software
JONDO’s proprietary order management software that has been developed over the past 12 years in-house is reliable, especially when you need it most. JONDO HD is equipped to handle businesses small and large, including over 50,000 orders per day. HD intelligently routes orders to regional fulfillment locations depending on the end consumer address so that orders are processed quickly at a standardized quality. Additionally, our customers can use our API to manage their orders directly allowing for changes in real time.
We will continue to make our employees’ health a priority during the busy peak season. To avoid being sidelined by COVID-19 outbreaks, we continue to follow the CDC-recommended safety protocols. As an added layer of precaution, we’ve set up plexiglass partitions in key areas and other safety measures to minimize any potential spread. Likewise, we have equipped our sites with additional sanitation stations to optimize cleanliness. All of these efforts will ensure that we provide the healthiest possible work environment for our teams.
