To keep our staff safe, we have protocols in place that align with government regulations aimed at limiting the spread of disease and sickness. We have educated our employees about best practices for prevention, such as frequent and thorough hand-washing, accompanied by social distancing. We also provide on-site health inspections, sanitize surfaces regularly, and make sure that our staff has access to soap and hand-sanitizer at all times. Whenever possible and practical, we allow our team members (such as office personnel) to work from home. Our managers keep up with the latest Centers for Disease Control (CDC) directives so we are ready to implement additional preventive measures if needed.

We always have a 90-day supply of materials on hand, and it is replenished regularly. Our supplies and materials are domestically-sourced to ensure prompt delivery.

Our worldwide print fulfillment sites can rely on each other, should one of them have to close temporarily. If this occurs, our software system (JONDO HD) automatically directs orders to the nearest production facility to fulfill our standard SLA. Since we use standardized processes, customers can expect the same level of quality with every order, no matter where it’s processed.
